Truvar MCP privacy policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

1. Scope

This policy covers the Truvar MCP server at mcp.truvar.ai, the Claude connector that uses it, and the Truvar agents you create with it on Telegram (Generative Agents and Claude Agents). It is provided by Truvar.ai ("we"). Our general privacy policy covers our website.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what is needed to sign you in and run the agents you create.

Files you send to a Claude Agent are not copied by us: we give your routine a link that fetches the file from Telegram when it is needed. Files you send to a Generative Agent are downloaded from Telegram only to be processed, and we keep the resulting text (a transcript, description or extracted content), not the file.

We do not read your Claude conversations. Claude only sends the Truvar server the tool calls it makes and the details you give for them.

3. Who processes your data

  • Telegram delivers messages between you and your agents.
  • OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to process Generative Agent messages, files, voice replies and images to produce responses. We do not use your data to train models.
  • Anthropic runs Claude Agents inside your own Claude account, under your agreement with Anthropic.
  • Hostinger sends our sign-in emails.
  • Our own servers host the MCP server, the automation service and the database that store the data above.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who at Truvar can see it

Truvar Academy staff can see your email, sign-in activity, your agents' names, bots and status, and your certificate code if you have one, to support you and manage courses. Conversations, memory, tokens and owner profiles are not shown to staff; engineers access them only when needed to fix a problem you report or to keep the service secure.

5. Your choices

  • Clear an agent's conversation or memory, or delete the agent, at any time by asking Claude.
  • Disconnect the connector in Claude to sign out.
  • To get a copy of your data or delete your account and everything linked to it, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and signed, expiring tokens. Agents answer only the owner who claimed them. No security measure is perfect: never send passwords, card numbers or similar secrets to an agent.

7. Age

Truvar MCP is intended for professionals aged 18 or over.

8. Changes and contact

We update this page when what we collect or who processes it changes, and we change the date above. Questions: [email protected]. See also the Truvar MCP documentation.
